Morning symphony
A mousse cake with pink champagne and Sakura flowers, installed by a magical and beautiful lake an hour southwest of Stockholm. It was a morning in May to remember, at 5 am, when the air was crisp, and we were waiting for just the right moment for the mist to rise from the water. The remainder of the winter was leaving the area, and the birds had returned to give us a peaceful concert. This piece of art was my gift to the nature and spirits around us; a cake that melted on the tongue and warmed our hearts. This is my way to give thanks for the magic and beauty that we are surrounded by, and showing the love I feel for being a part of life on Earth.
