Snow white

Snow White cake: baked with vanilla and chocolate biscuit, filled with cherries and buttercream, and served with warm coconut chocolate sauce from the thermos bottle. A cake I baked for my birthday a few years ago. Old memories in a new creation... a frosty day with minus 10 degrees and a brilliant crystal blue sky. A crackling fire for my guests' feet and the chocolate sauce for the frozen cake… the sparkling landscape embraced us and warmed our hearts.
