Coconut on the mountain
A coconut dream on Björndalsberget... This was an absolutely wonderful magical day where I brought and installed my artwork at a spot with a beautiful view over an ice-covered glittery lake… The cake is made of a coconut biscuit base with white chocolate pannacotta, and covered in cream and coconut snow... in its place near the clouds and the realm of dreams.
