Before you make a purchase, please take a moment to understand how this sacred exchange works.

WHAT YOU ARE PURCHASING

When you buy an artwork from me, you receive:
✓ Exclusive ownership of the physical print
✓ Certificate of Authenticity signed by me
✓ Care instructions for your artwork
✓ Option to arrange pickup or shipping
What you do NOT receive:
✗ Copyright or reproduction rights
✗ Commercial usage of the image
✗ Ability to create derivative works

ORIGINAL WORKS VS. LIMITED EDITIONS
──────────────────
**Original Works (Unique Prints)**
Only ONE print exists. This is a one-of-one piece. Once sold, no additional prints will ever be made from that specific image.
**Limited Editions**
A set number of prints are created (e.g., 5 or 10). Each print is numbered and signed. When the edition is sold out, no more will be produced.

PRICING

Different artworks within the same series may carry different prices based on:
• Size and format
• Materials used (e.g., dibond vs. framed)
• Artistic significance and composition
• Time and care invested
All prices include packaging and handling. Shipping costs are calculated separately.

PAYMENT AND DELIVERY
──────────────────
Payment: Bank transfer, PayPal, or other agreed method
Production time: approximately 4 weeks after payment confirmation
Shipping: Insured delivery within Sweden/Europe

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Due to the unique nature of each artwork, returns are accepted only if the item arrives damaged. Please inspect your artwork upon arrival and notify me within 7 days if there are any issues.

As part of our agreement, I retain the right to:
✓ Display images of sold artwork on www.sweetartbyyvonne.com
✓ Share artwork on social media platforms
✓ Include works in exhibition catalogs and portfolios
✓ Use artwork in press materials and documentation
✓ Continue showcasing the work as part of my artistic legacy
This ensures that my work can continue to inspire others even after it has found its forever home with a collector.

COLLECTOR'S RIGHTS

As the owner of the physical artwork, you may:
✓ Display it privately or publicly in your home
✓ Hang it in galleries or exhibitions (with notice)
✓ Resell the physical piece
✓ Gift or bequeath it to another
You may NOT:
✗ Reproduce the image (prints, digital copies)
✗ Use it commercially (advertising, products)
✗ Share it online for public viewing without permission
✗ Create derivative works or modifications

FAIR USE EXCEPTIONS

Individual collectors may share photographs of their purchased artwork on personal social media with proper attribution to the artist. Please tag @sweetartbyyvonne and link back to my website when possible.

If you would like to use an image beyond what is stated here, I welcome conversation. Please reach out with your request, sometimes beautiful collaborations arise from open hearts.

❓ Is the artwork I see on the website the actual piece being sold?
✓ Yes – each original work shown is available for purchase unless marked "sold."
❓ Can I request a smaller/larger size?
✓ Custom sizes may be possible. Please inquire for availability.
❓ What happens if I want to resell my artwork?
✓ You are welcome to resell the physical piece. I appreciate being notified as a courtesy, but no commission is required.
❓ Why do similar images have different prices?
✓ Each artwork is evaluated based on size, materials, composition, and emotional significance. Some pieces are central to a series and may carry higher value.
❓ Do you ship internationally?
✓ Currently, I focus on Sweden and Europe. International shipping may be arranged for serious inquiries.
❓ Can I see the artwork before buying?
✓ For local purchases, appointments can be arranged in the Järna/Stockholm area.
❓ How should I care for my artwork?
✓ Each piece comes with care instructions. Generally, keep away from direct sunlight and humidity.
❓ What if the artwork is damaged during shipping?
✓ All shipments are insured. Contact me immediately if damage occurs.
