Wedding in the forest
A carrot cake with browned buttercream and caramelized apple pieces... It was actually the first cake that I ever placed in nature; this one in the forest at Ekeby Nature Reserve. The thought and feeling of letting the cake take its place right there finally became so strong that I couldn't ignore it. How many times we took that walk through this magical forest, which today is not possible for the moment because of the falling dead fir trees. But the memory of the cake in the moss is there, in my heart, in my soul and here on a picture...
